Meet Michaela

Michaela Stagnaro, Esq. graduated from Miami University in 1989 Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Political Science.  She furthered her education at The University of Cincinnati School of Law.  She graduated Magna Cum Laude and received her Juris Doctorate  Law Degree in 1992.  She was admitted into the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio in 1993.

Michaela has worked hard for many years gaining experience and knowledge of the law.  Along the way she has built solid working relationships amongst colleagues, this network allows her to provide the absolute best representation for her clients.  To add to her experience she has represented the defendants in the following Representative cases:

State v. Smith, 117 O Street 32447 (Ohio Supreme Court 2008)

State v. Hundley, 2007-Ohio-3556 (First District C.A. 2007)

State v. Griggin 142 O. App. 3265 (First District 2001)

Michaela practices in Clermont and Hamilton Counties.  She has been the Law Advisor for Clermont Northeastern High School since 2005 and really enjoys teaching the students through several techniques including mock trials.  She is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association as well as the Ohio State Bar Association.

Growing up in Milford Ohio, Michaela has remained local throughout her life, living in many communities surrounding Cincinnati.  She currently resides in Anderson Township with her two beautiful children.
